Room numbers hard to see when it gets dark, want $250 damage deposit on room, other area hotels charge $100 and in morning reverse off credit card, this place holds it till check out night , takes 3 days ? Also restaurant closes at 1 pm,

I flew in from the US for business. I had a little problem checking in with my AMEX. The staff was fantastic! The GM even came in to lend a hand. I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious and very comfortable. There is food within a 2 minute walk right on their property. I have more business in the area and this is my new place to stay.
