No room; I paid for a room, and the hotel said there were no rooms when myself and another guest who had paid arrived. After the other guest left I was offered a smoking room that smelled of smoke; not at all what I booked. Also, how can you pay for a room if there are no rooms available? Expedia was the problem

What a good stay! We stayed in a smoking room and it didnt smell at all. Bathroom is a bit outdated but quite clean. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and large! The lady at the front desk was helpful and so kind. 10/10 i will most likely choose this hotel again.
