It’s based on an industrial site, at night lorries park up on the roadside so we did have the noise of Lorrie’s setting off early in the morning. But the bed was comfortable and we got a good night’s sleep. At the moment it’s a bit awkward to get to as they are doing roadworks on the main road, with no right turn into the road from off the motorway had to go past the turning and approach it in the other direction.

The front desk ladies that we dealt with WERE AMAZING. I was near breakdown, ready to cry, and she talked me off the ledge. The location is super inconvenient unless you have a car. We ended up renting a car and it made a world of difference. The staff was so helpful and happy to help tho. The property was clean but it was loud AF and the bed was hard as rock. Light also came in everywhere and there was one in the bathroom that we couldn’t make go off so sleep mask was used and ear plugs.

FABULOUS OVERNIGHT STAY

We arrived here around 3.00 am following a later flight into Edinburgh. Checking in was straight forward. Room was everything we needed for an overnight stay with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the big bathroom and roomy shower. We asked if we could check out at noon instead of 11.00 am in view of the fact we would have had so little sleep and they said we could which helped us immensely as we had a long drive home that day.

the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and explained the property and local amenities. the rooms were spotless and there was a communal kitchenette that was a bonus. on a morning there is a snack van 200yards from the front door which was good food and price. It is a bit out but as a result it was very quiet and a very short walk down to The Kelpies. It is also smack bang next to the main motorway network and you do not here a thing. All four of us in separate rooms agreed we would stop here again

Good location for seeing The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel, but in quite an industrial area. It was a quiet area and the room was very clean and comfortable.
