Not a bad hotel, however, the AC/heater had issues. Heat wasn't working and the weather was in the 30's. Tough to warm up. Other than that annoyance, the room itself was nice. Bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like the room upstairs because my husband has knee issues and I asked to change the room to downstairs and was refused. Went to breakfast at 7:15. No coffee or food to eat. I complained at the desk and was told I’m sorry. I will remember your place on all future travels and tell everyone I know to avoid staying there.

We stay there everytime we go to Grants... For the first time i asked to be moved to another room.. The bottom sham on bed was very dirty .. Gross... The room they moved us to was cleaner.. The front desk help was very nice... The breakfast needs more choices.... We will atay again.. The front desk ladies were very nice

Altogether the area location is in a terribly run down part of town. I kept looking out of the window expecting to see my car being broken into. Not to mention the front door barely closed. We were very happy to leave.
