After 12 hours in the car, my wife and I desperately needed a place to crash that wasn’t the front seat. We whipped out the trusty laptop and stumbled across this SureStay. The price was right, the pictures looked promising, so we took a leap of travel faith. We booked a room with a king-sized bed—a true post-road-trip throne. The room was clean, cool, comfy, and conveniently on the first floor, which meant no dragging luggage up stairs like pack mules. Now, the shower tub diverter? It had… character. It required the delicate coordination of a NASA launch team: one hand to anchor the spout like it might blast off, and another to pull the diverter like you meant it. Minor plumbing gymnastics, but hey, the water was hot and we washed away the road trip . We reported it like responsible citizens on checkout—because we believe in hot showers for all! Parking? Plentiful. We were just a few spots away from our room, so no cross-country trek to get to our car. The guests were quiet, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the parking lot was lit up like Christmas ok, not really but our car felt quite safe as it slept out there. Breakfast? As expected. No surprise soufflés or experimental avocado smoothies—just trusty staples to fill the void in your stomach and give you just enough fuel to start driving again Final verdict? If we’re ever passing through and it’s time to sleep rather than contemplate highway existence, SureStay’s got our vote. Sleep like royalty, shower like a plumber.

Didn’t like the 100$ deposit I got back after the trip was over. Expedia did not mention the deposit. Easy parking to outside rooms. Clean and good AC and comfortable beds. Area surrounding kind of run down but that’s with every hotel in the area. Big open rooms with tile flooring. Ex large bathroom but water pressure low. Near Walmart and has fast food options close by. Nice lady at check in.

Terrible practice put my family out!

I didn't actually stay as the property rejected my reservation. I was told upon arrival that thwy do not accept locals (within 50 miles) so my kids and I were turned away. This policy was not posted anywhere for me to see when making the reservation the day before AND i input the same address on my reservation as was on my drivera license so they knew a day in advance and didnt say anything until my kids and I came to check in. This is terrible business practice and I will always warn people against staying there in the future.

The staff was friendly. There was an issue with the air conditioner being extremely loud when it turned on. So, it woke me up all night long. I wasn't too happy when I asked if my daughter and son in-law could join in the pool just once. The front desk person told me no, that it is not a public pool. I have never had that problem at any other hotel/motel. Especially when I paid for 4 nights. I probably with not stay there again.

The pool was disgusting. And not safe to be in. The strips were slimy, chemicals off and it smelled. The only reason We spent the money to stay there was the pool. Otherwise we would have stayed somewhere cheaper without the pool.
