We were basically in a basement that had mildew all over the windows no screen and the carpet was dirty. The beds were okay. If we were staying more then one night I would have been more upset .The breakfast was not worth the stay. Spend more money go somewhere better. The only good "clean" place was the pool but even the bathrooms by the pool had poop splatters on the walls....

I paid the higher rate to go in the hot tub. It was not in great condition so I did not go into it. It was also next to the main small lobby which is very uncomfortable. I recommend putting window film on the glass so people are not staring at swimmers. The breakfast was pretty bare. There was a faint smell of bug spray throughout the hotel. My cups were not replaced after cleaning. (I didnt even want my room cleaned.) Not worth the extra cost; i would not stay again.

Awesome for the price!

It doesn’t look like much but for the price it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable, front desk staff were amazing, pool was great, bathroom was clean, and breakfast had the necessities to fill you up for starting the day. We loved the pancake machine!

Its in a busy section of town but it was clean and comfortable. The hot tub is actually hot which was a welcome change. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again. Price was cery fair for what we got. Way better than Air B&B

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The reviews online don't match the property. Had a 7 plus rating out of 10, I thought we were staying at a clean and safe place, not so much. We had to change rooms once we arrived because that bathroom wasn't clean, poo and mold on the toilet. Figured they would send someone up to clean it, nope, we had to change rooms. Left for dinner, came back and a homeless person was doing drugs off of foil next to the back entrance in front of my children. The next morning, an ambulance was out there, not sure if they OD. The cleanliness of our room was lacking. Looked like poo was wiped on the walls and light switch in the bathroom. Black stuff was coming out between the seams in the shower. Yellow moisture was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Couldn't walk barefoot in the room without your feet turning black. The walls and door handles in the place were disgustingly dirty. They didn't fight when I asked to cancel the remainder of our reservation and a full refund. We will see if they refund my money.

We've stayed at this property many times over the years and have always found it acceptable. We had to change rooms from #215 to #211, but that was my fault. The fact remains, my Apple watch was with us in the first room and hasn't been seen since and no, we didn't go out after arriving. Having checked with your office, I've been told a search was done w/o success and housekeeping said they didn't find it. We've emptied, gone thru everything that was with us, including pockets. I'm sorely disappointed and would sure like to have it back. It has to be somewhere. Can't track it on my phone - the reason I took it off my wrist is that the battery was dead.
