This location didn’t give the feels a normal best western does. I was really excited to stay at this one because of how beautiful the area is but it felt run down.

Staff friendly and very helpful. The door to room was sticking! Maintenance staff followed up on problem with WD40. We've noticed Best Western stocking rooms with the bare minimum. Like extra rolls of toilet paper, note paper, Kleenex in bedroom area.

It’s just a place to stay if you need a bed for a night. Has some permanent residents that are loud at night. Door on the room I stayed in had a 1 1/2 inch gap on the bottom.

Our wonderful oasis turned disturbing

We have stayed here many times and had wonderful experiences each time. This year was a bit different. It wasn’t the hotels fault but some of the guest were interesting characters to say the least like working on motorcycles during the night and raving them up, being approached by people strung out on drugs who were fellow guests with arrest anklets on. The facility was clean but I was uneasy with the clientele. I ran into others who felt the same. I’m a very open person but it felt a bit on the edge at times.

What a dump

Booked king room on app. Didn’t have king room no big deal gave me a Quenn double. Walked into rom and it was dirty and 90 degrees . Took 4 hours of AC to cool enough to sleep . Parking lot was noisy all night long. Paid 200 dollars for room that should have been about 60 bucks. Would rather of stayed in motel 6! Do not stay here !

This was our second stay in last few months it was ok just mainly need the rooms redone bathrooms, flooring replaced The rooms were clean and staff was great Also they only had to handicap sites by our rooms so we had to park in reg spot So was challenging

Disappointed

Carpet by sliding glass door was sopping wet; a/c condensation?? Large area. If that is regular occurrence, I can imaging mold growth is ramped. The breakfast should be fully served and available until it closes. Sunday, 9:45am, no biscuits, no hash browns, 1/4 pan of aged eggs, 2 of 3 cereal containers were empty as was the waffle batter dispenser. The “welcome” sign in the lobby exclaims the front desk’s willingness to help yet when I went over to the desk to point out that a number of things were not available, I was told it was 10am and breakfast is over. I said I had been there for 15 minutes and none of the above had been replenished. The front desk woman said, I’m not the kitchen staff. Ok, I understand that but why not go tell the kitchen staffer that people are complaining and a number of things are empty?? That was not done.
