Almost perfect

We came to attend a celebration held by friends. Several previous stays at your property. Two night stay. Good housekeeping, good location, nice amenities. Two minor complaints: orange juice was watered down and we did not drink it. Night clerk at front desk on 9/5 was abrupt and unwelcoming. The rest of the staff were excellent. Perhaps just a bad day?

Perfect family stay cay

Just very enjoyable! Comfortable clean rooms! Adjustable AC!! Our pup was very happy too! Free bottled water!! Complementary hot breakfast and cocktails in the evening. Security with key required for room access via elevator. Would love to stay again!!

The dining area and the room were beautiful. I felt safe and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast included everything I could think of and it was all delicious. The coffee was weak though. My key card didn't work several times and had to be re-booted. This happened to other customers too. We had a beautiful time in Grass Valley and rested well at the Gold Miner's Inn.

We came in tired and warm from a day at the river. To be welcomed by a wonderful staff, cool shower and crisp clean sheets was amazing. Not to mention great restaurants within walking distance!

This hotel is conveniently located to the hwy, downtown, and is safely walkable. I grew up in Grass Valley and was visiting family; I chose this hotel because it’s the perfect place to stay if you want a nice, practical, safe, clean place to stay. The parking is free and easy, check in was fast and the staff is welcoming, they offer coffee and breakfast in the early morning, the room is even set up in an efficient and useful manner. Shower had nice pressure, bed and linens were comfortable, and it was quiet despite being close to hwy. It’s older just like everything in town but it’s clean and feels cozy and nice. I’d stay again and recommend.
