Staff was super helpful, we had booked a cabin and didn't realize there was only 1 bed in the one we booked. The staff cleaned the soonest available 2 bed, and had us in it no extra charge in about an hour. Super friendly great stay.

Shabby , destitute, trashy, noisy, no blinds that worked oin windows trash and broken wash machines in the parking area, hazardous, nicely apologetic staff in an uncared for dump. It needs condemned. No chairs on some porches or in rooms!

The cottages and property were very outdated. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting with black spots of mold or I don’t know on it so we didn’t have my son sleep in it and just cover the couch which also appeared outdated. There were some towels that were dirty and various holes in th bedrooms. My kids were a fraud to sleep in the bed b/c of how run down the property and place was. Luckily we only stayed one night.

I like staying here when the cabins are available. We last minute booked so we had to get a normal room. We've stayed a couple of different times and while I really liked It the first few times this last time was a huge turn off. It was really dirty, It felt like we were in the middle of a remodel, there was a huge trash dumpster in the middle of the parking lot, weeds overgrowing the parking spaces, the bathroom shower had spots on the ceiling, floor needed to be cleaned. It just wasn't as tidy as It normally is. I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Our room had been nicely remodeled and painted. Some backup came up the shower drain before and while we were there. The floors, new laminate, had not been mopped prior to our occupying the room. WIFI was not operational, and cell service was 1 to 2 bars. They didn't have replacement towels for us partway thru a 5 night stay. The queen bed was not comfortable, low quality mattress and you could feel the bed frame. TV was not functioning. Staff were nice, but we would not stay there again.

My room had just been renovated so it was clean. The amenities were terrible; no table or chair in the room, all windows painted shut, air conditioning very poor, had to unplug the refrigerator in order to use the coffee machine, refrigerator froze all my food making salads, my mainstay, ruined, the plastic key didn't work more times than it worked, thus requiring a trip to the office, nothing but decaf coffee available in the pouches, and the TV didn't work. Although the staff was pleasant they were pretty cavalier about my complaints. I had no other choice but to stay there because of the 4th of July, but I would never do so again.

I got a flat tire and had zero cell phone reception. They refused to let me check-in late and charged my card. Zero refund. They won't pick up their phone after hours even in an emergency. I drove there after my flat tire and they refused to answer the door or late be get into my room. I can't believe they are in business. Don't ever stay here. Find somewhere else. They had zero compassion.

The stairs going into the cottage were falling apart with rusty nails exposed. The room still had hair in the bathroom shower, partially painted wall, smearing from people’s hand on the bedroom walls, the list goes on. The dumpster right outside the cottage was overflowing with garbage, all the outside trash cans were full of beer bottles & teach

Door didn’t lock, hole in wall, was moved to updated room. The bathroom was disgusting the shower was so bad with mold and hair that I checked out after one night without showering. I have never stayed in a seedier place. No refund was issued for second night the inn refused.

This is a place to sleep and shower, thats it. Theres no chair to sit or desk/table. No bench for opening a suitcase. No rod in the closet, just brackets with no rod for hangers--and no hangers - 2 hooks for the clothes I already had on hangers, thankfully. The soap in the shower sat on the floor, no wall mounted dispenser. The bed was not connected to the headboard so it scooted out when you sat on it to do anything like put on your shoes and if you leaned against the headboard to watch TV, the bed slowly scooted away from the wall.

There was no ventilation in the room. The AC was ancient, filthy and loud. The desk person opened the bathroom window for us and the sill was filthy with spider webs and smelly garbage close by. The shower was good after it took about 5 minutes to get hot. The parking area was littered with trash. It would have been easy to pick up or rake up. The staff person was nice.
