Great hotel with a unique decor with art through out the corridors on each floor. Fantastic vibe I also love the roof top lounge chairs. Clean comfortable rooms. Only issue was a super cranky Hungarian girl make coffee on Aug 4 at 7am. Other than this, the staff are top excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel.

This place was wonderful! Right downtown, spotless and had everything we needed. Excellent, warm service at the front desk. Loved the room with a door separating the bedroom. There was a TV in both the bedroom and the room with the pull-out bed. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel! The location is great, the decor, including the art,is so tasteful and lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We loved this hotel!

No air conditioning in the whole hotel - was not working during our stay. Rooms have dangerous beds set up leveled with staged floor with short stairs to go to bathroom. Sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. Sink was leaking and it took hours for them to address. Terrible hotel

We had a family suite, which was massive, and very nice. A lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful stuff. Just a shame we didn't stay longer, we really liked Graz
