My family and I have known the Canarius hotel for some time, and we clearly noticed the need for immediate repair in several areas, including the playground. The services, food, and the farm remain the highlights of the hotel, especially if there are children in the family. On the other hand, the bathrooms, the air conditioning in the rooms, the outdoor playground, and the indoor play area urgently need maintenance. I believe that the management needs to take these details seriously because, for a countryside hotel of Canarius’ caliber to stay competitive, the details definitely make all the difference.

Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas em péssimo estado. O quarto com uma cortina que fazia nojo só de olhar. Em péssimo estado de conservação. As portas, de todos os quartos, batem muito ao fechar. O café da manhã foi bom. A água do chuveiro demora muitíssimo para esquentar. Enfim, o hotel precisa de uma boa administração.

Nice and large hotel with a convention center

Excellent option, super easy access from main highway, good convention center, ok breakfast, pretty clean and renovated. Nice swimming pools with a slide, zipline and a few other options for kids.

Estrutura muito fraca, academia suja com pouco equipamento e espelho quebrado. Quartos com toalhas velhas e cheiro de mofo. Uma área enorme que poderia ser muito bem aproveitada. Atendimento pessimo dos garçons.

Precisa reforma urgente

Hotel precisa urgente de reforma. Recepcao boa, café da manhã muito bom, colaboradores tb procurando sempre fazer o melhor, mas hotel antigo, abandonado nos quartos e precisa reforma urgente. Area da piscina boa, hoje não indico e não voltaria. Foto da porta banheiro quarto.

Muito boa a estadia. Achei que podem melhorar a iluminação na área próxima às piscinas, a supervisão e segurança dos tobogãs e o serviço na parte do restaurante (a la carte), porque os pratos demoraram muito e ainda houve erro em um.

Custo benefício ótimo

Ampla área de lazer. Piscinas limpas e variadas. Quentes, frias, funda e razas. Área de lazer bem cuidada. Jardins bem cuidados. Almoço com comida boa e valor justo. O prédio necessita de pintura, mas isso é um pequeno detalhe. Ótimo custo benefício!
