Went to Gravenhust to take photos of the autumn colours. The hotel is in a great location close to many parks. Clean rooms, all the staff were very helpful, especially the staff setting up the breakfast and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Our stay was fantastic. Everyone was nice and friendly on check in and throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with lots of options. The room was clean with a nice size tv. The location is great with lots of parking and lots of options for a quick meal. If we're in the area again, this is where we'll stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent. But I do have one small issue and that is the ac or thermostat. It loud when it comes on during the evening. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. Other than that I will come back.

The front desk staff were terrible. The lady tried to charge me again for the hotel stay and when I told her I had paid online (I showed my receipt) she didn’t apologize but walked away and said someone else had to deal with it. Then when I checked out I was charged for wifi when I shouldn’t have been. I called a few days later and was told I’d get a call back for the refund, never happened. Property was fine, breakfast was basic. There’s better places to stay at in the area for the price.
