Good location for travellers but not much locally apart from Bluewater Clean modern hotel fairly basic but fine Nice very popular restaurant and bar with good selection Cleaning ladies were excellent but only called every three days or so. Basic but plentiful tea coffee supplies

Needs an Iron and Ironing board actually in the room. Could do with a smart TV and a coffee pod machine. The towels smell like paint. It would good to be able to get plates and cutlery from reception when having takeaway rather than walking over to the restaurant.

Good hotel

The room was clean, warm witha comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities in room with a basket of tea and coffee sachets at reception if you need more. Only issue was that the shower wasnt the best, not very strong flow and didnt stay hot for long.

Could do with smart tv’s, an iron/ironing board actually in the room and a coffee pod machine + biscuits. Also, it would be good if you could get plates and cutlery for takeaways in the hotel rather than having to walk over to the restaurant. Also, the towels always smell like paint. It’s like the laundry is adding a small amount of white paint to their process.

Stacey, had cleaned our room to a very high standard, everything, we needed, fresh linen,etc, spotless, excellent!!! Reception staff, very welcoming, informative, &, helpful,. Very comfortable bed, &, very quiet, considering building work across from hotel going on. Samantha in the restaurant was an excellent host, polite, friendly, &, helpful, very hard worker, &, good food.
