The place is getting repaired due to the recent storm but it’s the cheapest place around Gaylord. The room is clean and the owner is very polite with your requests.

"UNDER RENOVATION " BULL!! no heat in halls pool just broke down that day. Dark parts of the place. Out of order bathroom in lobby ice machined pool 3/4 of hotel front desk had space heaters and staff had jackets on. Homeless person hanging out in the lobby. It was like the shining movie...

Terrible do not stay there.. they stole my money and would not give me a refund .as we walked in it was 35 degree in the lobby.. the lady at the front desk had hat and gloves on just to work on the computer. It smelled of poop and there was actually standing poop in the toilets DO NOT STAY !!!!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Our beds didnt even have sheets on our beds just a mattress protector. Smoke detectors ripped off the wall exposed wires. It stunk! We will never book here again. They state its under renovations that is untrue.

Filthy hotel

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. A refund would be nice. So disgusting Im washing everything innhugh heat when home. The bed came with only a mattress protector, no sheets. Something smeared on the headboard and brown stuff on the walls. Bathroom was also disgusting. The smell in the entire building was also horrendous.

Worst place I've ever stayed in Gaylord

This place is crap, no hot wat in room for shower, heat barely works, they didn't clean off side walk, pool was ice cold, no hot tub, the hallways were freezing, & when we left the hallways smelled like propane....it was crap need alot of clean up, paint, carpets scrubbed.
