I did not have hot water, the tub was rusted and had holes in it. The door wouldn’t lock properly. I won’t stay here again. Staff was rude to me when I stated the problems and said I could have went elsewhere. But I wasn’t gonna get a refund and I was 4 hours away from home. Came here for my son’s jockey tournament and will never stay here again. I have pictures of the bathroom

The pool was a main reason for us to go and was shut down our entire stay. Front desk never said anything about it till we seen a sign on the door. We would have stayed else where. Was told they were fixing that night and they didnt get to it till check out time the following morning.

The individual that checked us in was awesome. We had just come through a storm and he helped my mom up the stairs while I was taking care of other things.

Staff did not clean the room daily or replace towels. The staff did not even make sure the room was stocked with supplies like toilet paper. When there was an issue with the toilet they handed me a plunger and gloves. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. Do not waste your money on this hotel. Even if you have to spend a little extra do not stay here, stay somewhere else.

It was not what I booked. I booked a room with a walk-in-shower. it didn.t have. the shower in the bath was broken and laying in the tub. couldn't use. They would not work with us. We left, and didn't stay.
