On the expedia app, it said the room fit 5 people. I figured there was a pull out couch or something, there was not. Chatted with front desk and they said theres nothing they can do and had no idea why it would say it sleeps 5 people. I had to go buy an air mattress to accomidate our 5th person. Hotel had texted me saying "let us know if we can help by replying to this message." I replied and asked if I could get a pillow and blanket for the air mattress and explained the situation and no reply back. Both bathroom by the pool and our room did not have hand soap. Looked like there was a table for the pool towels but no towels, had to retrieve from the front desk each time. Also, there was no place to put the wet, used towels so people were just leaving them on the floor, tables, all around the pool area. We only had 2 bath towels in our room, we had to ask for more from the front desk. We took the last available 2 they had (thats what they said).The advertising for the front of the hotel is not what it looks like pulling up. There was no pool table. Lack of cleanliness is huge, we stayed the weekend and the same froot loops and gummy wrapper stayed at the top of the steps the whole time. Second day there, our keys were not working so we had to go get new keys, those didnt work, back down to desk with a different person. That person said there wasnt a key registered to our room and gave us new ones. They charged me twice, front desk says idk why, charge will fall off. Smh ugh

Check in time is late, don’t even think about an early check in. There was trash over flowing all over the building and outside as well. The staff was indifferent towards any of the issues that came up. The building is being remodeled but if they don’t hire staff that cares about the customers this place will continue to be a mess. They don’t seem to know what they are doing at all.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Person at the front counter was rude and held a personal phone conversation with someone while checking us in. We get into our room to find it dusty and gross. Shower curtain was too short for the tub, trash in the can still. There was dog poop outside our door, I let someone know about it and was never cleaned up. Was still there after 12+ hours…. We get down to the breakfast area around 745-8, food is already gone and no one is replenishing it. For almost 130 bucks a night it’s just ridiculous how this place looked and felt. Would recommend anyone and everyone to stay as far away as possible! Spoke with a front counter about a refund and said they would be in contact. Had to continuously text them and have not gotten a resolution yet… it’s been two weeks. STAY AWAY!

Overall a reliable inexpensive hotel for a quick stay, especially for people seeking a place to sleep while enjoying outdoor activity around Grayling. Don’t expect to be overwhelmed. It’s a bargain hotel, with some additional amenities that you might appreciate.

When we arrived they didn’t have the room that I reserved and already paid for. If it’s reserved it shouldn’t be sold again! Couldn’t use the door from the hallway because it didn’t work, had to use pool side door. Neither door had the flip lock they were both broken and pool side door didn’t even have dead bolt lock. Housekeeping walked in on us in the morning and said they thought we checked out (still should knock)!!
