3-star Gaylord hotel with private patios
Enjoy the free ski shuttle and an outdoor pool at Treetops Resort during the winter, and return in the summer for a round at the hotel's golf course. Housekeeping is available on request.
Treetops Resort offers 195 air-conditioned accommodations with irons/ironing boards and complimentary toiletries. Rooms open to patios. Televisions come with satellite channels. Refrigerators and coffee/tea makers are provided. Housekeeping is offered on request and change of towels can be requested. Rollaway/extra beds (surcharge) are also available.
Guests can play rounds at the 18-hole golf course and enjoy other recreation facilities including a health club. 2 indoor swimming pools and 2 hot tubs are on site along with an outdoor pool. Other recreational amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool.

Treetops Spa & Salon has 1 treatment room. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and facials. The spa is open daily.
During the winter, enjoy onsite recreation like snow tubing, ice skating, and snowshoeing and return when the snow melts for a round of golf at the onsite golf course. After a day on the slopes, enjoy treatments at the full-service spa, a relaxing soak in one of the 2 hot tubs, and an invigorating swim in one of the 2 indoor swimming pools. Getting to the slopes is a breeze with the hotel's complimentary ski shuttle. At the end of the day, order après-ski drinks at the hotel's bar.

The hot tubs and spa services were great! Staff very friendly. We went to have a quite relaxing time. Are room was very noisy. Next to stairs, elevator, below ski rental, lobby and to close to outdoor hot tub. Definitely wouldnt recommend this room! Otherwise great place!

No outdoor winter pool or sleigh rides as shown on website. Cold & drafty rooms. Cold showers. No security and while staff was nice, they were not educated on what little tech was offered/website/etc. We went to Boyne.

The inside hot tub was not very warm. The heated pool was freezing cold. We went there for my son’s 10th birthday so he could swim and he couldn’t even go in the inside/outside “heated” pool because it was colder than our rivers around here.

Inside the lodge was beautiful and seem to be newly renovated! The grounds need some TLC. Upon entering we noticed the curb around the front of the lodge was crubling away...The pool and area around need some serious help. The bottom of the pool and hot tubs were rough, and gross. The area around the pool had broken concrete everywhere. The bed was very uncomfortable- very hard and springy. Overall, it was clean but not worth the price we paid.
