At 9:30 Pm on a rainy sunday night the front desk staff member was extremely rude and refused to allow us to check in with our service dog even when shown proper credentials and was unk ind to my young adult daughter with disabilities.

Door to our room was so sticky you had to bang into it shoulder first. Toilet seat and shower bar were broken. Pool paint was peeling and we had to go to the front desk to request towels. Trash on the pool deck. Breakfast was “not cooked” per my husband. One toaster that appeared to be powered by a single candle. My husband took a shower and reported that “you could tell when others started showering because the water pressure went down to nothing “. So glad that we only stayed for one night!
