This is a nice, budget motel. The rooms are CLEAN and the beds comfortable. There are no frills -- no coffee maker, ice bucket etc. But the location is very convenient and you have what you need - frig, microwave, little table and chairs, and large television with beaucoup channels.

Room was clean and comfortable. Person at desk was pleasant. View of very busy road and gas station. Was fine because I just needed a place to stay, the bedside table had convenient usb charging ports and outlets.

A motel which faces a busy road and gas station across the street. Room was clean and served my purposes. There is a 3 USB charge port and multiple outlets located on top of the bedside table which I found very useful.

It was just that, an average roadside motel at an affordable price, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, good location, with ample parking spaces but very dated. The worst thing was the floor carpet, worn, dirty and smelly. Thanks to my concentrated room spray, we got rid of the musty smell.

If you are simply looking for a room, this place is ok. However, rooms are severely outdated, small, shower is tiny, needs significant renovation. I would not stay there again.

Ratings are based on value, especially in light of the very low nightly cost = excellent. The room has everything a non-fussy person would need. Easy check-in. TV/Free wifi. Convenient electrical outlets for electronics. Great location with many dining options. Bed/pillows comfortable. Clean full bathroom with soap, shampoo/condition, ample towels, extra toilet paper, tissues. Ample parking right in front of our rooms. One level means no one stomping above you, and I heard nothing from neighbors or traffic. No free breakfast, but you should really take advantage of the many breakfast places in Great Barrington which is just down the road - in addition ones closer on Rt 7.

Great stay for 4 nights while attending a music festival 30 minutes away in NY. 2 Queen room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet regarding units on either side. Some road noise but not horrible. Definitely take eye masks for lights. Pleasant and helpful owner and staff.
