The hotel was overbooked and unable to get us a room. After two hours of waiting with my family we left. Room paid for but that didn’t reserve our room? Apparently there’s a new GM but he was two hours late for his shift so the front desk lady had to help all the families walking in with the same situation. Room paid but no room. Front desk lady was kind and I felt terrible for her. GM do better.

We couldn’t get into our room the second day. I had to insist strongly that the clerk open the room with her Master after 3 attempts going up and down! She couldn’t get into the room either with a Master then all of a sudden the maid was able to open the door. Don’t know what happened there but it was very frustrating.
