The staff, hotel, room and pool were excellent. The only problem we had was, there was someone in the room directly over us on the next floor and that person walked very heavy, almost stomping and we could hear every step.

The room and staff were wonderful! However, we found a pair of dirty men’s underwear in the couch. (Yuck!) Other then that, we loved our stay!

Disappointing
I was disappointed. Called the front desk before reserving to check on the poor, I was told it was all functioning, they didn't bother to tell me that the slide was only open on the weekends. So I booked the room and then found out on arrival about the slide. My kids were so disappointed, the slide was the only reason we booked at this hotel. The showed in our room had someone else's hair stuck to the wall, guess no one bothered to clean our shower. Also the sink in our bathroom hardly drained.
