The entire property was being cleaned with a carpet cleaner so the carpets were all wet and I sat in a wet chair in the lobby because there was no sign. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew this.

It's a comfortable hotel in a well located area. Kids liked the pool. We requested cleaning, was told our room would be cleaned, and then it wasn't. When we returned for the day, we were told the cleaning staff had gone, so we were out of luck. It's frustrating when we follow the protocol to request cleaning, confirm it, and still received no housekeeper services. But this is the nature of most hotels now. So we would stay here again. Everything else was satisfactory.
