I always appreciate staying at Staybridge due to the layout of the suite with kitchenette, and the amenities available. Unfortunately upon check in, we arrived in our room to find it had not been cleaned. The front desk was very apologetic and made every effort to remedy the situation promptly to the best of their ability, which was appreciated.

The property was clean the staff where very nice and helpful the room was clean loved having a kitch to be able to cook if you wanted to how ever a couple of the kitch cabinets sag really bad and the tolit needs to be a little bite taller othen than that i woulfld recommend staying at this hotel.

We were overall happy. We were supposed to have a river view - no such luck. Hard to see since we faced a courtyard. Lovely, but not what we planned and paid for: a view.

Very nice stay. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Spacious for our family of 6. Great location for our road trip to Glacier National Park. Breakfast was the typical complementary hotel breakfast. Pool was kinda smelly. Had to wash the kids’ swimsuits right after because they smelled so bad. The directions to your room on the hotel floors, as to where to find your room, is confusing and a bit like a maze. Also near a railroad and it did pass by and shake the room a couple times at about 10 pm and 11pm. Not a deal breaker and would be willing to stay here again

Paid extra for a view of the river, but did not know the train was in the backyard. Very noisy. The hotel is very nice, but the train is a problem. There was also a very strong chemical smell is the room. I think maybe too much bleach???

Hotel property was well kept. Staff was friendly & on top of things, overall. Small hiccup in the laundry area was resolved rapidly! Bed was a little firm for my taste, but otherwise room was great. Breakfast staff seemed stressed & a little out of sync, but it could've been a busy day. There is a train nearby (edge of the property) & it sounded the horn in the middle of the night. Be aware of that, if loud noise concerns you. Otherwise the property was quiet. Beautiful river side setting, with flowers & nice seating area.
