Hotel facilities need to be updated. Everything looks old, smell musty. Breakfast is terrible. One only good thing is do it yourself waffle. Breakfast ran out really fast and no refill. Hotel is overpriced. Overall we will not coming back.

Needs major update

1-International flight was canceled and notified hotel, in advance, that I would arrive next day. Because I prepaid, the hotel informed me I wouldn’t receive a refund even though I had an extended stay. 2-I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years but found this property run down, dinghy, dark, smelly, and needed extreme repair. Toilet seat and faucet handles were broken. The shower head was terrible and also couldn’t be adjusted which made the water come out super hard. There were holes in the wall and wallpaper’s where they replaced a hair dryer that wouldn’t stay in the cradle. The sitting chairs were old and sunken. The bathrobes supplied looked dirty and worn and unwashed. The worst was that the bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep.

I enjoy the beauty of the night sky on the balcony. I am enjoying the great people and services so far so good this is my second time here. My dad is in the hospital in north shore hospital and I stay here when I’m in town. Love the food and the service.
