The room was very clean, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the food was very good. Very nice area, lots of shops and very safe. Just a few steps to the Railroad station. Will definitely stay there again.

This was our third stay at the Inn at Great Neck. It is always clean, friendly and helpful staff and very nice complimentary breakfast weekdays. The convenience to local restaurants and LIRR is a "plus".

The location and staff could not be better. The room size and cleanliness were very good. However, we had a serious issue with the heat not functioning. The staff was very accommodating in sending up the maintenance staff and in supplying space heaters. The overall building is in need of window insulation and heating upgrades it appears to be very inefficient and detracted From our comfort.
