I loved everything about the stay. The rooms were very nice and spacious. You could sleep without being awakened by noise and when we couldn't sleep, we could go downstairs to the casino

The biggest disappointment was that we saw on the website that dogs are welcome and provided for. We arrived with our pooch and there was no doggy bed or food and water bowls. However the reception staff were very apologetic and gave us a credit. It was just a bit misleading! Other than that a very comfortable stay!

bathroom needed cleaning. For example corners in the shower showed grime. Also there was no grab bar in the shower nor a sliding door and/or a curtain to prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. Also the wall tiles around the light switch was dirty. I cleaned it! The particle board counter unit below the tv was chipped at floor level.

We were very happy with how easy it was to check in and check out. Valet services were excellent. Property very nice. Room was clean. Would stay there again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
