Putting a 73 year old on the second floor with no elevator or bell service is not a good idea! Thankfully the front desk was able to correct the situation! To whoever designed the building, what were you thinking?

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There was one concern-the back door doesn't always latch/lock unless it's pulled tight behind a person.

The only issue I had was there's a sign that states they lock the doors at 11pm. We arrived around 10pm and they were locked. Service was great..
