Probably not a good time to stay since it’s under renovation. Our room smells like paint, and there was a layer of white dust on the floor and on everything in the room. I think the least that could have been done was to have the floor mopped and countertops wiped down the day prior to guests staying. The fridge in our room was broken also. Breakfast was provided until 10:30am our first day. We went down at 9:30am, and a third of the food was not available and never replenished. The reason I am giving it 3 instead of 2 stars is because at least the front desk employees were nice.

The Hotel is under construction- I feel like this is good to know. The staff is mid- I called for towels and TP twice- The gal told me to come grab it.

The young girl that checked me in acted like she had better things to do. I can chalk that up to maybe she was having a bad day. As far as the room- it definitely looks nicer in pictures. My biggest issue was that there were several spots on the toilet seat that were peeling away and it also "shifted " when you sat on it. How much does it cost to replace a toilet seat?! The bathroom door also wouldn't shut all the way. There are a few other hotel options close by. I will be choosing somewhere else to stay when I'm in town next time,!

The star is for the check in staff. The hotel itself does not deserve any stars. It’s under construction. Did not know this until after check in. The hotel had water running from the ceiling fire sprinkler above the main stairs. Informed the front desk. The fire alarm then went off at 1am and the stairs had caution tape across them. So much for existing down them. False alarm though thank goodness. We were able to go back to our rooms fairly quickly. The side staircase was covered in construction mess. The upstairs hallways flooring felt soft. Almost like the subfloor was having issues. We decided to skip breakfast so can’t speak on that.

The room was not in pristine condition. The wall behind the desk was scuffed up, the outlet for the coffee machine did not work, the paint in the bathroom is ugly and does not match the floor or shower, the hotel room floors were filthy. Also, I don't appreciate the $100 security deposit when checking in that takes 10 days to be refunded.
