Was suppose to get 2 queens beds and got 1 queen 1 double. Swimming pool closed and wasnt mentioned during booking. Beds are uncomfortable.

The hotel did not say that it was under renovations had a hard time getting through the front door because of debris and construction. We showed up late at 12:30 in the morning after driving all day and wanted a nice hot shower rented a Jacuzzi room and had no hot water very inconvenient. They moved us to a different room That was less lesser amount we paid and was still no hot water till the next day manager did not seem to care much after talking to everyone about it we will not stay there again.

Poor condition
Fridge did not work - maintenance couldn’t fix and so we lost all our leftovers and had no cold drinks. They offered to let us put in a downstairs kitchen but that’s not adequate. Shades had holes in them so Sun woke me up at 5:45 and it’s very noisy. Traffic all night.

Weekend breakfast wasn’t replenished and was almost empty when there was 3 hours left for breakfast hours. The warm breakfast was cold. There was a lot of construction work at the hotel front entrance and inside hotel. Only had one staff that was friendly and pleasant.

The bed was the only thing good about the room. Couch was old and uncomfortable. Furniture was old and dated. The service was very good.

The worst hotel i have ever been to. The staff was rude and dressed unprofessional. The lobby smelled like rotting garbage. They overbooked and gave ridiculous excuses for not honoring my 5 night reservation after i had called several days in advance to confirm my reservation. I had driven over 5 hours to be rudely turned away and they still tried to charge me for my reservation, saying that i did not cancel in the allotted time frame. Which is ridiculous because i never canceled my reservation, i was not allowed to check in because the staff are incapable of doing their jobs. I will never stay at any of this hotels locations and i will definitely tell others to do the same
