The room was clean and comfortable. We were just disappointed that breakfast, which used to be OK, has deteriorated into a waste of time. This time the orange juice was just water. And, there was just one canister of coffee, which was empty, and one type of creamer. Maybe they just don't want to offer breakfast.

Our room did not have a closet didn't have any towel racks the toilet seat was very rough to sit on there was a conditioner bottle left in the shower and when we came down the next morning to have breakfast there wasn't much selection and they didn't keep up on it people had to ask the lady at the front desk to make more coffee but she never refilled any of the other items we had a lot of problems with our key cards letting us in the door sometimes it took up to 5 minutes to get into our room

When I checked in, there were stains on the night stand, hairs in the shower, hair on the bathroom floor. Almost every day and every night I could hear someone above me stomping back and forth as late as 3am. I asked if they would look into this, and never got any results. I found a cockroach on the floor, showed a picture of it, and never saw anyone come to check out the issue. The stains on the night stand was still there when I checked out. So at this point, I'm not a happy camper.

Customer service with a smile 😊
From the minute we walked into register to the end of our stay, we were made to feel at home. We were there for a family funeral and with plain issues etc there were so many changes and the constantly gave customer service with a smile as there were changes and cancellations and rebooking rooms. All done with customer service with a smile.

M.O.D. crushed it
While the overnight front desk clerk was exactly what you would expect, when we got to the morning, the manager on duty and front desk staff took tremendous care of my family's needs. We were not traveling for leisure or pleasure. The excellent customer service helped us through some rough times. The property is aged, small, and a little out of date. The staff we encountered ran it as if it's were a four star facility.
