This is our second extended stay at Hampton Inn! We love this property! Everyone is kind and more than helpful! The decor is refreshing and happy upon entering! The breakfast room is inviting making one excited for breakfast! Rooms are perfect and welcoming! The bed very comfortable and everything is so clean!

The property and rooms were clean and well stocked. The pool was in need of additional attention. It was consistently out of towels and the door key pad was not working. The false fire alarm around 10:30PM due to unsupervised kids playing and smoking in the pool bathroom was also very disruptive to the evening.

Hotel is in good shape and the front desk clerk, Josh, was helpful and super friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet, except for some road and train noise, but only sporadically.

First off I reserved a suite and got a basic room and they didn’t even change the price when I was promised a bigger room as well as the pool and hot tub being out of order his was the only reason we picked this hotel I WILL BE CALLING TO GET A REFUND

Everything was great, but online it says that their pool would be open after a short stint of construction during our stay. But upon check-in, the pool was in fact, still closed for construction, but not advertised prior to our check-in. They were able to let us go to the Doubletree to use the pool, but it was super inconvenient and I likely would have purchased a different hotel if I knew this. We were going with a three-year-old so the pool was really the selling point.

The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice, vut i booked the hotel with the intention of relaxing in the hot tub, which was down. Around 9:30 at night we lost power. The front desk had offered us glowsticks to use to see in the dark. Our night of sleep was ruined from others in the hotel that were hooping and hollering until about 2:30 in the morning, following the drinking in the lobby. When i had brought up our disappointment in the morning, we were just told, " Welcome to Greeley" with sarcasm.
