My only complaints are that the towels in the room were noticeably dirty. They were brown on various parts of the towels. I stayed on the first floor and could hear the entire conversation of the men outside my window.

First, they make and keep a photo copy of DL. If you lose your card it’s a fee to replace it. Lock it in the room, a fee if it’s not returned in 30 minutes. Paper tag has to be put in the window of your vehicle or they will tow it. The room.. I got a double queen bed room. It was stocked with 2 towels, 2 wash clothes and a dish towel. There’s a stove in the room but you have to rent dishes from them to use it. Also, the room only had to beds and 2 metal folding chairs. Beds were not comfortable. I would never stay here again, it’s in a slum area, and just a crap hotel. Had I not already paid for the room when I got there, I would not have stayed there.

Nice and quiet place to unwind. Plenty of restaurants / gas stations around the hotel. My second time staying there it was snowing. It was a good experience.

This is a VERY bare bones hotel. No breakfast. It's called a suite hotel but the kitchen has no plates, utensils or cookware, they must be purchased. The room was supposed to have a Queen bed but it was a double. We couldn't even get bath soap or tissues. If you want anything more than just a place to lay your head at night, look elsewhere.

Pet policy is not as described on the website. In addition to the $10/night pet cost we were told at check in there was also a $50 "non refundable deposit." We asked about this as that would be a "charge" and not a "deposit" if it's non refundable. Desk clerk did not understand the terms and told us it was $60 total- not refundable. Room was SO noisy to both inside and outside noise (not well insulated). Floors were dirty, surfaces were dusty. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, only 1 towel per person, no hand towels or washcloths. Water pressure very weak. Elevator smelled heavily of B.O. Housekeeping loudly banged on doors up and down the hallway at 7am on Sunday morning, shouting, "Housekeeping!" There isn't much parking and there's no parking for vehicles with trailers. Those are just the few things I remember a week after staying there.
