Room was clean. Nothing fancy. Only issue was even for a two day stay- not long term, there was no soaps for washing hands or showering. Would be fine if that was stated somewhere in the booking.

I was given a room that seemed occupied by someone else glad we didn't find somebody naked and in bed! My girlfriend was frustrated and mad at the fact that we had to go up and down the elevator so many times just to get the appropriate room! I was very displeased at the fact that I paid for a room that in my eyes should be refunded for the poor service provided by the staff! I mean they just hand out other people's room keys! Access to others personal belongings. I will never stay there again!

Everything was great except the bathroom sink had no hot water and leaked underneath. Told the front desk and when we returned from our day out, it was still leaking.
