First room AC wasn’t working which is a hard pass for me, and then called to see if I was doing something wrong etc, they offered new room with out asking, and I told him that he could bring room keys to me for the inconvenience and he said no problem, and rest of stay was just fine. The thermostat in my room did not work.it kept displaying an error message. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would Have maintenence check. Came back to my room, for the 2nd night, and it still didn't work. Granted it wasn't that cold outside. But 50 degree temp. Is still uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was good. The property is a bit off the main path, nothing really near by as far as dining goes. Besides the restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a "face-lift," as they are older and definitely can be seen. The beds definitely need to be replaced as they would sink in when sat on. The property still uses the little miniature bottles for shampoo /conditioner along with a bar of soap. Probably the only thing going on for this property is the indoor water park. This was a hit with the kids and gave them something to do. This place is a good place to do a "stop over" if you are going to the game or just need a place to lay down for the night.

Needs work.

The staff is very friendly, good breakfast, but I think that the hotel installations need more care, doors are unpainted, dust everywhere (on ur room), there some spider on the stairs, and also I do find one in my clothes what I haved ready to use.

When i booked my room the price per night was 128 and i got charged almost 300. Staff was overwhelmed at breakfast and rude. Room was not clean. Walls full of white splatters and hair.
