Absolutely horrible smell coming from the hall through the whole night. Very hard to describe but was so strong it woke me from a deep sleep. Thin walls and floors, every footstep upstairs was heard through the night. Overall, clean and comfortable room with a decent breakfast but very poor sleep due to the smell and extremely loud walking overhead.

Nice hotel in a great location for us. Parking and room request for a handicap person limits future stays. Had to park down by the restaurant one night. Requested a room close to the entrance and handicap equipped. Ended up on the 3rd floor half way to the end. The last negative was their adding 20 to bill in case you might want them to supply something. Will see how the charge comes through. This is enough to keep me away Low class behavior to try to trick a customer in to paying extra

Would have gotten a 5 star but the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly nor did he acknowledge me when I arrived for at least 3 minutes. When he did finally help me, he asks "is there something wrong"? I politely said no, i am here to check in. He did NOT make me feel welcomed. Also, the same gentleman came into the pool the 2nd night we were there and was whipping the towels in the bin. Now the woman who did the breakfast bar, was absolutely WONDERFUL! Friendly, smiling, always on top of refilling everything! Never did she make any of us like bother. She was running doing what she does by herself and always had a smile!
