The staff was friendly. When I got there tjey said they didn't have a reservation for me, I had to show them my phone with my booking info. They did jave a room available bit if they wouldn't have, I would have been screwed because of all the events going on in town. Honestly, I would not want my wife or girlfriend staying in this place alone.

It was ok for a quick stay for a funeral. Lots of boarded up rooms and mattresses hanging up against windows. There was never any coffee. In fact the coffee pot was taken apart and laying on the counter as if it was there for days. No fridges or microwave .

Try some place else!

This place is a dump. The room and hallways were not well cleaned or maintained. You could smell food cooking in the hallways. It felt like I was staying in a welfare motel. I do not recommend this location unless you are on a very, very low budget and all you need is a place to sleep for the night.

Don't stay here if you can help it...first night I had strange people in my room with my son and service animal... second night the people in the room next to me kept banging on the walls...third night the cops were arresting someone outside the windows...hallway always smelled like pot or cat pee..and every night I had to go get my room key reactivated. Total waste of money...big d**g hotel.

So for a place to sleep and shower it was just ok. The staff was very nice and they are trying to make it a nice place. Would not stay there again

Wow

It was almost like they cleaned the room right before I arrived because all I could smell and taste was their cleaning solution which to me was very distinct and real unpleasant. The hallway was real strong smelling of cat urine. The shower sprayed the wall (leaked). There weren’t any complimentary shampoo or conditioner which I found surprising. I was grateful they were accommodating to my dog! Which reminds me, he was frightened by the smoke detector that kept going off all night with a low battery that was never tended to. I would have to say I can’t complain too much being it was a last minute decision/booking on such a busy weekend and being one of the cheapest places available.

Seamless overnight stay.

Usually at a hotel at this price point customer service lacks, but that was not the case here at all. I was able to check in an hour early without any hastle. If the room wasn’t ready then I would have waited. Everything worked as it should.
