The walkway was not light and it was blind spots to the walkway. Very dangerous. There were no carts to bring in luggage. It was a long walk to the entrance to tower 1. We were missing a light bulb. We did not get the room we signed up for It was anot a bedroom and then another room for seating. Women in registration was rude when i tried to confirm the room type. We got to the room and it wasn't what i wanted.

Beware of the rooms adjacent to housekeeping stora

We asked for a suite that was not close to the elevator and instead we’re giving a suite where the elevator is actually directly adjacent to the bedroom wall. This was a service elevator and that particular room is next to housekeeping storage. Beginning at 8 AM there is a constant in and out of the room next-door And banging into the walls and elevator with the cleaning carts. The hotel should not even have that room.
