The cost of food in the hotel was very expensive. Staff did not touch up room during the day for our extended stay. Ex: additional cups and coffee filters for single serve coffee maker were not replenished. Next time I will bring my own pot. $5-$6 for a cup of coffee downstairs was very expensive.

Upon check in I was told I couldn't upgrade my room for a jetted tub, so I requested a room with a tub. Checked in to room 2018 and there was no tub. Went to the front desk and explained my situation and they said they would transfer me to another room with a tub, great!!!! Moved to another room a few doors down and no tub. Gave up at this point, we were staying 2 days, the next day I asked the maid to clean the room and give us fresh towels and refill the coffee, nothing, we got nothing

Our stay was very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. We ate at Cedar and Sage for dinner, it was delicious! The duck wings were phenomenal! Staff throughout the hotel/casino were very friendly and helpful. Altogether we had a great stay and will most likely plan on returning.

We always love to stay here when we are in Green Bay because the roons are nice and its connected to the casino. A little disappointed with the room this time. Bathroom floor not swept. Stains on the top comforter (blood?) Plus there was mold clearly visible in front of in room frig? Otherwise everything was great. Great food in sportsbar. Casino is clean and smoke free.
