I called the hotel many times with no answer. I finally got a hold of reservations and they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and a reservation supervisor tried. So, I had walk to the hotel at 11:45 pm in the dark with 2 suitcases (I am a senior ). I guess its shame on me because this happened to me before. I have learned my lesson.

We liked that it was close to the casino, the casino wasnt the greatest not enough food areas. The casino seemed dirty. The room it self was clean but bathroom was small and the beds weee bad , they subbk right in the middle, i think its time to get new mattresses. If yoy have a bad back to start with it nade it worst. O dinning areas around. And charged us an extra 30 dollars to get in early. Didnt like that much. 1 other positive it was quiet. The rooms also coyld use a table by the light to read and put your books. Maybe l I ke a smalk couch in there would be great.

Convenient location. I didn’t realize it was on airport property. The plane activity was low on a Monday but noise came from machinery in a nearby building. It was more quiet on the opposite side of the building (odd numbered rooms) & the staff was happy to shift us there.The rooms had a few unique flairs. Bed sheets were clean, bed fairly comfortable, pillows not fantastic. This isn't a 4-star rated hotel, but the "wonderful" rating given on travelocity is misleading.

So, the pet deposit states $50 when i signed it. But then the clerk said it was $100. What he said was different from what i electronically signed. This inconsistency was not correct nor professional. He also told me it would be a hold on my card. Just a hold then itll be removed after checkout. It was NOT a hold. I was actually CHARGED then refunded! Not consistent to wjat was told to me at all. Other than that, the room was nice, the AC worked, the clerk was friendly. The atosphere was nice and it was clean.
