This was the best most foward thinking hotel weve stayed in. The place was immaculately cleaned, very spacious rooms, with usb and usb-c plugs built in and very conveniently placed in the room, a huge bathroom that had grab bars everywhere in the shower as well as a shower seat, raised toilets, and wide doors for anyone needing handicap access. The staff was very friendly and helpful starting when we walked up to the desk from the start. The blackout curtains were amazing, and i did sllep later than planned (so set an alarm on the IPhone alarm clock). My olny complaint would be the powdered eggs and the soggy sausage, otherwise,the vreakfast was great, and for once really good coffee (from a machine).

This was a very odd stay. I arrived in a uhaul and due to limited parking could not move it. When I asked for quarters for laundry, staff stated I would need to go elsewhere as they had no atm and I had no cash on me, but I did have a debit card. When I inquired about how to work around this the woman at the front desk called me crazy, stated I was acting like a child, and proceeded to chew me out and ignore me while she checked in other guests. She basically had a full blown tantrum, offered to give me her own, and then suggested I take a shuttle to the airport for quarters to dry my clothes, which I accepted. There was clearly something very wrong and it got taken out on me as a guest, which honestly was appalling to witness.
