Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort - Adults Only offers 415 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. 55-inch Smart televisions come with premium cable channels.

Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs and rainfall showerheads, and hair dryers. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and irons/ironing boards. Change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. Housekeeping is provided daily.

It was a pleasure to stay at your resort. We were welcome with such kindness and enthusiasm for our honeymoon and was rolled out the red carpet. You guys took care of every need that we needed it and I appreciate that in the resort. I have never felt so seen with people that I don’t know to wear me and my husband felt safe and given every opportunity to enjoy our vacation without any hiccups, the only downside was when the power went out at the hotel, but it was back on within a hour. Just a little heads up for things to work a little better is the communication of where someone is supposed to be at when they plan for hookah or a beach date and the staff need to know as well. Overall, our trip was amazing and we will love to come back again.

This resort is absolutely Beautiful. The staff,property and amenities are all top notch. The shuttle back and forth to your room was always full of laughter. There are a few kinks to work out..(food temperature was sometimes cold and tour company (tropical tours itineraries need work)understandable since the resort is still new. Big shout out to the lovely ladies at each restaurant, especially the food truck,entertainment and the entire cart team. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Place is still fairly new. About a 30 minute ride from Negril if you want to go off property but there is a ton to do on the resort. Staff was extremely friendly. Restaurants were fantastic for what you get at a resort and the beach on the property was perfect. So many great views around it. Family side and adults-only side makes it easy for everyone to enjoy themselves. 10/10 recommend.

This resort was disappointing mainly due to location, beach, and limited dining. The location was isolated and it didnt feel like we were in Jamaica as there was no cultural representation/celebration. The beach was fake.. no one was ever on the beach because it was made from CRUSHED ROCK AND NOT SAND. And to make matter worse dinner ended at 9:30 pm and most of the restaurants had full waiting lists because they were mostly on the famolu side. Plis its an adults only resort with no way to avoid kids. Highly disappointing.

This hotel may need to discontinue tipping due to it being taken advantage of. The staff constantly try to take you off the resort and take you to a gift shop but want to charge you more than the resort made me feel unsafe. The food is good. They need way more entertainment.

Loved staying at this resort! Especially loved some of the staff, in particular, the bellhops were fantastic! I would say this resort is definitely a good mix for adults only on one side and family-friendly on the other. Only thing ill say is there was more fun during the daytime on the family side then on the adults only- that side was very relaxing.

I will not get into the detail of our experience, however, I will say that the property is beautifully designed and gigantic but would have been perfect if it was located somewhere else on the island. There is no real beach it’s like they dumped up the area near a swam/ sea side ( I went into the water and my skin felt slummy). Also the staff needs professional development, they don’t seem to have the right solution when a situation arises, they always have to reach out to management and be sure to confirm and reconfirm any thing that was verbally agreed on.

My stay at this resort was incredible from start to finish! The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and plenty of spaces to relax. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—always friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entertainment wasn’t the best. They need more amenities in the room (makeup wipes). They wouldn’t let my husband in the breakfast buffet with a tank top on, this is not usuall for breakfast, that was annoying because he needed to go back to the room and get a shirt even though we were going to the pool after. I could understand if it was dinner but not breakfast.
