This hotel was beautiful, staff was pleasant and polite. Loved my housekeeper. I did not like the $15 surcharge if you wanted room service, if it is all inclusive then it should be all inclusive without added extra cost. Other than that great resort, will definitely return

Where do I begin!!!! Such a joy staying at your resorts. Despite the slew of guest it was still a wonderful experience. The restaurants were tasteful & the atmosphere inside the venue was beautiful. The architecture of the grounds was absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean & comfortable, however we noticed a moldy scent in our room which was taken care of by Tess. She was such a pleasure to talk to & very down to earth and professional. The staff that drove the trolleys were super friendly & welcoming. Andrew, Dexton, Lexington, Adrian, & so many was phenomenal. They were very accommodating to my mom needs. I had one hiccup with a gentleman on May 15th in the evening. He was very rude & argumentative. I didn’t catch his name, but I hope that he changed his attitude because his tone was disrespectful.The lack of guest was hard to arouse during activities, however the entertainment team was able to interact with the guest & get them on their feet to participate in activities. Teddy, Radcliffe, Blue, Ashley, & Deandre were fun and made a great team, however the one that was the star was Riley! Riley was engaged into the crowd & interacted with the guest. He made it fun & interesting on so many levels. His personality was so upbeat and pure. He walked around and made sure guest was enjoying themselves. He always had a huge smile on his face & was such a delight to talk with. He was filled with so much knowledge & he truly loved his job. Riley was all around outstanding.

I've visited quite a few all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, but Princess Senses truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, it was pure class. Here’s my breakdown: Pros: Staff:The friendliest and funniest team I’ve ever met. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms: Bright, modern, airy—and all with stunning sea views. Property Size: Absolutely massive! The resort has two sections—Grand and Senses. Senses is adults-only, and it felt completely separate from the family-friendly Grand side. Pools and cozy nooks made it a perfect, tranquil escape. That said, we explored the Grand side for the food trucks and were impressed by the family-friendly perks—water park, game arcade, VR facility, and more. Dining Options: With buffets, cafes, and food trucks, there are around 14 choices. A 24/7 cafe and a pub open until 4 AM ensure late-night cravings are covered. Entertainment: All their nightly shows were very well choreographed and organized. They have a piano bar near the restaurants which hosts live bands and singers. Cons: The resort sits by the bay, so no crashing waves. But if you enjoy calm, lapping water like I do, it's perfect. Would definitely return!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The junior suite was very spacious despite the name and created a great feeling of ambience. Everyone that greeted us on the property were very nice and welcoming. They made you feel very appreciated to be there even if it was just giving you a ride back to your room or attending one of the entertainment shows. They also have an app that allows you to view everything going on at the property from a la carte restaurants to the the daily events. Even if you do not ahve the app they do a great job of annoucing what events you could expect throught the day. - Only disclaimer is that you can tell it is a fairly new hotel because they still have areas that need to be worked on that is mostly cosmetic.

This was our first visit to this resort/brand and we had an amazing time. My friend group always takes a couples trip around April/May; and i believe we will be revisiting this resort. We didnt eat a bad meal, all of the staff was so accommodating and polite. If i was forced to pick a area of improvement; it would be to maybe add a.addtional bartender when there is an entertainment activity/event.. The beach was private, beautiful, and very clean. They alao did great job with thw separating of the "family" and adults only beach access. Would 100% revisit the property.

The front desk staff was not helpful at all. However, the rest of the people were great. We had some issues for sure. Overall, it was a good place otherwise. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The room that we wound up with was nice and very comfortable. The food was as good as we have had at an all inclusive. There were plenty of things to do close to the resort if you want to leave. With a little more time I bet it will be a much better experience all together.

My partner and I stayed at the Princess Adult Resort hoping for a relaxing and private getaway. Unfortunately, our trip was marred from the very first morning by an experience that left me feeling exposed, humiliated, and completely disregarded. At 8:30 AM, without any knock or warning, a staff member walked directly into our suite while my partner and I were completely naked. There was no mistake about what they saw. As a religious woman who holds modesty as a core value, I was deeply shaken and mortified. That moment of invasion, that complete disregard for our privacy, still lingers with me. The next day, we met with the assistant manager who acknowledged the mistake and showed us surveillance footage to explain it was due to an internal error — apparently, the maid had been told the room was vacant. In response, we were offered a private cabana at the pool for a couple of hours. While I appreciate the effort, this gesture felt completely insufficient. There are pools all over the resort. A private cabana did not erase the deep violation we experienced, nor did it make us feel safer or more respected. I asked to speak with the assistant manager again. She promised to call me on WhatsApp, but I never heard from her despite following up daily with Guest Services. I left my number multiple times and received no further communication — not during our stay, and not after. This ruined our trip. I felt violated, dismissed, and disrespected. Privacy should be expected at any stay.
