The property was very clean, comfortable, and the room was clean and nice. The only complaint I have is it was very noisy with other guests being next to us and above us. We could hear their tv at later times at night and the people above us were walking around at 1am. Not necessarily anything the hotel staff could do about it, but something I think all hotels should keep in mind is creating better sound denting throughout the property. You shouldn’t be able to hear guests in the next room.

There are multiple freeways so the nose is loud. The rim smelled of synthetic fragrance to cover something up.
We stopped here unexpectedly because road conditions were bad and we were tired. This hotel is also very tired but is in the middle of a renovation. The staff was great, the room was warm, and the bed was fine. We slept well but it’s good that they’re doing a renovation. New sheets would be a good thing.
A nice hotel that is getting renovated shortly after departure. Hopefully their parking lot gets a facelift as it is rather uneven but at minimum needs fresh paint to mark the parking spaces.
This was a one-night stay for a family gathering and a place to relax for an hour before going to bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable, the coffee good, and the breakfast reasonably good. (I appreciated that there were both 2% and skim milk.) We suggest that you place two chairs in your standard queen rooms for those, like us, who prefer sitting in a chair rather than the bed to read or watch TV.
Easy parking and dining are very close by and convenient.

First off, Expedia charged us almost $400 per night for each of 3 nights - EXORBITANT! I regret that I did not just call up the hotel and make reservations that way. I think the rack rate would have been better! What we experienced was not worth half that price. I had reserved a handicap accessible room, but I did not get it. We were placed on the 4th floor, and then both elevators were broken for 2 days! I was in pain and in danger of a fall as I had to navigate cement steps on 4 floors. This was very distressing, and I am grateful I was not in a wheelchair! The area is unattractive with a homeless shelter next door which looked very similar to our hotel. The floors in lobby and elevators were dirty. We were told that housekeeping would be provided every OTHER day! I felt sorry for the meager staff who were SOMETIMES present at the front desk and had to represent this hotel. The breakfast was adequate as was the small exercise room. I found no fault with the kitchen staff. The room upon check-in was acceptably clean, and we chose not to use housekeeping services during our 3 day stay. Overall, it is rather a depressing place, and I would not recommend it.
The room we had at this Hampton Inn was large and comfortable. The facility was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is one restaurant within walking distance. Restaurant was average in price and quality. Breakfast was as very good.

The cost was way too high for what we got. The elevators weren’t working properly, the toilet in our room ran every 10 mins and there were many signs of wear throughout the room. The only bright spot was the friendly staff and decent breakfast. There was also trash in the parking lot and questionable neighbors. Not impressed and will not be back.
