We have stayed here repeatedly, so obviously we have good experiences in the past. However, this time we spent 3 nights, and on our last day we returned late in the evening to discover our room had not been cleaned and serviced. Very frustrating after a long day. The night manager was apologetic and gathered clean linens for us. The manager in the morning also apologized and said housekeeping would be informed. But we remain frustrated about the poor service and limited acceptance of accountability.

Very chic hotel! I enjoyed the decor. The bed was comfy, shower could use more water pressure, but I appreciate the water conservation attempt. The free night cap was much appreciated!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Denim! The whole hotel was very vibey and cute decorative touches throughout. The girl at the front desk was so kind and personable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The space was great for what we needed.

This is our second stay at the Hotel Denim and it was just as wonderful as the first--we will be back!! Daily room service clean (spotless) and a very comfortable bed. Friendly front desk/reception great location!

Mattress too soft
Mattress was too soft for my tastes. I prefer a firm mattress with pillow top. Last time I was here the mattress in my room was firmer. This time the mattress was too soft. Room was amazing, spacious, loved the bathroom.
