Luxury stay with great service

A top level luxury experience. Style, atmosphere, all amazing. Service staff were friendly, engaging, and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and stylish, furnishings too. Fitness center was well equipped for the informed exerciser. The only single draw back was low water pressure and a fancy looking but janky shower head.

We ended up in a handicapped room. The shower basin is very low and after showering, water soon covered the whole bathroom floor. This is a flaw by design !

We felt like we lacked privacy. We could hear people in their rooms down the hallway while we were in our room. Regular volume conversations we're not private if someone was walking past your door.

The decor was modern and I appreciated that but our bathroom was not clean. The sink was dirty. The shower doors hadn’t been wiped. The toilet nor shower were cleaned. It was if the cleaning staff forgot to do it. We went to the store to get disinfectant wipes to clean it. I wanted to really like this hotel because of the modern style but a clean bathroom is a must have.

I would stay again.

The hotel was great. The staff was pleasant and the hotel isn't to big or to small and the room was comfortable and nice. I especially like that the bathroom has a standard size toilet not a small one that most hotels have.

A very convenient small hotel near the Battleground/Cornwallis intersection. Several restaurants are nearby, with a few of them in walking distance. The staff is very friendly the rooms are modern and clean.

Nice hotel

I’ve stayed at the Denim a few times over the last several years. It’s still a nice comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff. Offers coffee and a few items for breakfast. The only thing I felt needs some attention is the shower. Needs updating.
