This is my second day at this hotel as I am a RN Traveler and often stay at least one or two nights at a time per week during my assignments. Well, my first experience exceeded my expectations. This one was a sad disappointment. There was a problem with my reservations, although the host was very kind and worked through it after 14 hours plus of working the last thing I want to do is be held up from getting a good nights rest before going back to work. The house was very kind. He helped me with my cable which was on some station that I could not figure out, however the tiles were stain the bed had a burn on the sheet and had stains as well. The tub had hair and stains in it, and there was long strands of hair throughout the bathroom floor, so to say that I was sadly disappointed as this was a stock opposite experience for my initial experience would be an understatement. I will give this place another try but not anytime soon. I feel like the room that I stayed in have been horribly cleaned and therefore things were overlooked. I feel like any business can have an off day and I’m hoping that this was what happened with this reservation/ stay.

The staff was so very helpful mainly I think her name was Diane she is one of the twin sisters. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us during our stay. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. It’s an old hotel I believe they are in the process of an upgrade which is so needed. Will return because of the staff and to see the changes hopefully made.

There are to many people loitering in the parking lot begging for money and the smell of pot was strong from locals using the parking lot, but not staying there.

There was no breakfast, no working ice machines, people smoking pot at entrances most times. Newly painted and refurbished room but not well finished at all, the bathroom door nearly fell off because the pin was in upside down.

Not. Going. Back.

I had two rooms. One was fine. The second one was….. 1st - Uncleaned 2nd - Someone else was in there 3rd - Uncleaned 4th - Someone else was in there The second room we finally got was on the second floor. Awkward, since I was there as a coach with wrestlers. There’s no elevator and only one of the staircase doors was open at the top. The TV didn’t work. Breakfast was just the waffle maker and stale baked goods the first day. No housekeeping between days - they didn’t even replenish the in-room coffee. The second day it wasn’t even open at 6:40am on a Monday. I couldn’t even get coffee there.
