The carpets were disgusting throughout the property. Hallways areas that had tile very dirty. I had to take the sheets from the pull out couch and lay them on the floor in my room because it was so dirty and disgusting. I was afraid to walk barefoot or look at it. One huge stain looked like dry blood. The tile areas in the bathroom, sink, toilet, and bathtub were clean.

I arrived to the hotel early and they allowed me to check in early—PURE AWESOMENESS!!! This was extremely helpful for me since I was in town just for one day to attend a funeral, and I was going to checkout at 5:00am the next day. This was EXTREMELY helpful to allow me to change into my suit and head straight to the funeral. Couldn’t plan my day any better, considering all that I’ve been going through. I won’t forget this!

My stay was great. However, I stayed in the room for three nights without requiring cleaning....... the fourth night I left my room with no "busy" sign but no one cleaned it. I still slept ok. I also think some noise sneaked through the door of my room!
