Mediocre property. Room smelled like smoke. Construction going on in other rooms that was disruptive at night. Paid extra as part of my rate to include breakfast and the hotel didn’t comply.

Disappointing.
I understand that during a large event such as High Point market, the staff can be stretched because they are not use to a 100% occupancy. But, I'm also paying over $330 a night for the room. Room was serviced once in my 6 night stay, and when it was, they left no clean towels, coffee, etc. Bathroom loud fan never shuts off...can be a little irritating while sleeping. Staff were very pleasant.
