One night stay —but great room, clean, comfortable. Love the shuttle service to the airport. Nice pool area, breakfast area, and bar. Michael the host, was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Sheraton.

Great stay! The hotel is clean and updated; and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Love the outdoor sitting area. Our room had a balcony - thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing a bit. The location is convenient to malls, restaurants, downtown, etc. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again if visiting the area.

This property looked nice from the outside. The bed was comfortable. I felt it was not a better hotel than less expensive properties that also offer a free breakfast. So that was disappointing.

This property was awful. The staff was rude. They did not hold a room with two queens, as I had reserved. With no queen double rooms left, they tried to get me and my elderly father to pay for an extra King room. On top of it all, they were not at all courteous or empathetic that we were exhausted after traveling on a red eye and being with family due to a relative’s sudden death. Do not give these people your money. Even the manager was present and completely indifferent.

Disappointing Stay

Pros: The bed was wonderful, along withthe pillows. The king room was a great size, with nice wooden furniture. I prefer lvp, but the carpet was fine and in good shape. Cons: My firestick wouldn't connect to the internet. I was told staff needed to call coporate IT, to reset the room. They called, but nothing happened and no one followed up in the hpurs before I had to leave. When I asked again on my return, night staff had no clue and I was told a manager had to call. There was no manager on duty, so I was ool.The shower pan was dirty. So dirty, that in a couple more reservations, you will be able to see where your feet leave a clean spot. Using the microwave triggered the surge protector. I had to microwave my breakfast for 20 seconds, before it was tripped again and I had to flip the surge protector back on. When this happened, the thermostat display was tripped and never came back on. Also, from my window, you could see inside my.room, from both the pool AND the lobby. Weekend parking seemed a little tight.
