I’ve stayed here many times and have never had any issues. This time there were a couple of minor inconveniences. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, just 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. I called to request towels as I was preparing to leave for a meeting. I waited 10-15 minutes and eventually showered using the 2 hand towels. The bath towels arrived after I had showered. The tv and the Dish channel guide were out of sync. For example, if Fox was selected as the channel on the guide, Discovery would come up as the channel. But I wasn’t there to watch tv. Other than that, I have always had a good stay and will return. Thanks, JP Waldron

I loved the hotel. The only issue I had was waiting forever and a day for the elevator. They only have one elevator for the entire 6 level hotel.

The property is very nice but their automated pre check in or ineptness in their staff caused me to get two different charges totaling nearly $500 that should not have been charged. I had already paid the full amount except for the pet charges. The general manager said she would void the charges, comp me the pet fee and call me back to confirm. I did not get a call back. The charges are still pending so I don’t know if she took care of it or not. If not, I’m going to have to either contact her again or call my credit card to remove the charges. The only other complaints I have are: a strange faucet that doesn’t extend far enough over the sink and poor lighting.
