You do get what you pay for, this facility is very old. That said, you can’t clean what needs to be replaced, it’s simply old and in poor condition.

This place is very, very bad. There are a lot of regulars who seem to be staying for long periods of time. They're loud, noisy and don't normally start until late at night. There are also a lot of seedy people around the area at night. On top of that, the rooms are filthy and haven't been cleaned for a very long time.
