I had issues with my key opening the door to my room. I know that the key was reset at least 6 times and still didn’t work. Customer service was good but why wasn’t I just given another room.

Amazing staff and service!!!! So kind and attentive to the guests. Room was CLEAN! Toiletries awesome. My minimal negative, breakfast. While served early and APPRECIATED, it was limited. Waffles and eggs were awesome, as was 24 hour coffee! But the sausages were literally sitting in a pan of grease. Bacon or a drier meat option would have been a nice touch. We will stay here again, hands down. Management…treat this staff right, because they are amazing!!!

The rooms looked somewhat clean but didn’t feel clean. Overall the staff was not friendly with the exception of the night time front desk employees. I don’t think I would book a stay in this hotel again.
