It was a busy weekend at the hotel and the manager called me ahead of time to let me know they didn't have any more 2 queen rooms available (even though that's what I booked), she offered us 2 king rooms for no extra charge instead. Great, but there was some confusion with another employee about this when we arrived, as it was late and the manager had left, but all worked out in the end. Would stay again.
