This hotel was actually quite great for the price and the location. Outside is a couple of rundown motels and its not the best location. But the staff and the hotel itself are amazing. The front desk staff always greet you upon entry and they never once made me feel unsafe or like I was bothering them. They were always so nice. My room was clean and everything was to my liking. Housekeeping wasnt invasive but you could ask for them to come more than once a day. Breakfast was included and they had coffee. Just an overall great experience. Truly recommend staying here for a cheaper get away/staycation. Lots of food options around and the mall is across the street as well.

They cancelled our reservation the morning we arrived because I booked under my husband, but used my credit card. Gave us a “better” room that had water stains on ceiling and duct tape on walls.. not at all impressed with their version of “better”

The hotel staff is wonderful. Crystal was extremely nice and helpful. There was old beds, old lamps, rusted door hinges, and loosened light fixtures. The hotel DID NOT provide any discount for Hurricane Milton evacuees. The manager wanted to price gouge. The accommodations were extremely overpriced. A daily stay should be between 60.00 to 75.00 per night.
