Horrible experience. The staff is lazy. They don’t change sheets. In order to get new wash cloth or towels you have to return the old ones. Maria was supposed to bring them to our room but called us 2 hours later to come get them. When we got to the front desk she closed the desk and would not open the door as we knocked. We had to use the service phone to get her on the line. Dead roaches on the window seal. No one is ever there to help. Just horrible experience.

I did not get the room that I originally booked and the staff did not accommodate me for my inconvenience. They have permanent residents that stay there that are rude. My family couldn't enjoy themselves or talk amongst themselves without hearing the next door resident banging on the wall. They never had any fresh towels or linens to accommodate my guest. I cleaned my own room and washed my towels and linens from the time I got there to the time I left. My tv worked half the time and the staff is never there to help when needed.

It's obviously cheaper than all the nearby hotels for a reason. The floors were dirty, blanket on bed was dirty. There wasn't a shower curtain so we had to go ask for one. And put it on ourselves. You only get 2 very small pillows, and 2 towels, we had to go ask for extra towels. It's bare minimum
