Five stars! Well-run hotel with caring staff

Whenever I do a PA to Ohio trip, I stay at this hotel, regardless of whether it is the cheapest or not. After a year, Terry, the night manager, recognized me. Imagine how many people a year a hotel manager serves. He is extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms are to fancy but they are clean. Everything works. There are no surprises which I love in a hotel. It is rare to find a two star motel with this high a rating. Customer service really DOES matter. I would recommend this Motel 6 to anyone staying in the area.

Traveling from Philadelphia to Minneapolis. Little small town, decided to stop and get some rest. Front Desk Agent Karla/Carrie i believe that was her name. Very informative and nice. The building is old , but my room was very clean as i read from other reviews.

A fine place to stay for one night on a road trip. I wouldn't have used the shower, because it didn't seem like it was very clean, but I felt comfortable there. Some noise later at night from other guests, but pretty quiet for the most part. Conveniently located by gas stations, coffee shop down road. I liked that I could check in anytime.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. We could tell that some renovations had been done, and the lighting in the hallway was being upgraded. As we passed the workers replacing the lighting, one of them said, "we"ll leave the light on for you".

Simple clean and cheap.

To be honest I had low expectations to begin with my budget and this area, but this place was actually good. Simple, but clean and cheap. So if that’s what you’re looking for, I highly recommend.
