Bathrooms are covered in mold. Stay AWAY!!! Beware

Absolutely disgusting. Do not book here. The bathroom shower is covered in mold. I asked to be located to a different room because I have a severe mold allergy. The next room had a bathroom that was also just as mold covered. In addition, they rebooked me into a smoking room. I have asthma and cannot be in a smoking room. We walked out and had to book a different hotel. I should have known immediately that this was going to be a bad option when I saw weekly rates were available and sheets were only changed on Mondays. I have photos of the mold. I am waiting to hear back from them today to see if I can get a refund. Hotels.com should pull this place immediately from their site. It is a severe health hazard.

I have never stayed in such a gross place before. The tubs and shower curtains were moldy, the place smelled like cigarettes and wet dog, the carpets were filthy, the signage had spelling and grammar areas (when pointed out, the excuse was..."It was that way before I came." We asked to change rooms, it took 30 min of him inspecting other rooms, only to give us another moldy bathroom. We were downgraded and they gave no credit for it. After our 12 hour drive, my husband was exhausted enough to take a 2 hour nap, and then we left. While we were there, we heard of another family who canceled the rest of their stay as well. Never again!

Ok place to sleep

Room was decent, but we had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. There was barely any in on the roll, and no extra rolls our bathroom. Also, the breakfast was disapointing. No eggs, and the only hot option at all was a waffle maker.

Walking into the check in area it smelled terrible of cigarettes. All throughout the hallways it was so intense. I had to cover my nose and mouth with my shirt. It permeated every corner and crevice. Luckily in the room it wasn’t nearly as bad. However I had to go to the front desk again to get a spray for the room. Workers were very friendly so hate to write a bad review. But room was made nicely and no issues there except slight smell.

Very happy with our stay

We had a very nice day place is very comfortable very accommodating him. There was no complaints. We having the dog there. I paid for the dog I think twice but because I think he was included in when I paid for it online, but he the clerk said no so I paid for it again Hamm but it was a very nice day very clean comfortable floor could’ve been a little cleaner but you know I was a dog room and it had tile. I mean Dianna tile floor or linoleum anyways it was nice I would definitely stay there again.
