The woman that checked me in was really rude. She seemed irritated I wanted to check in. My AC/heating unit did not work at all and there is black mold all around the culking in the bathtub. Don’t go there

Very nice & quiet mountain hotel
I like the quiet location. The shower is so nice & HOT. Beds are comfortable enough. The place is cleaned & cared for. Perfect for our needs.

When we arrived we went the back entrance there was garage strewn around the settee in the room was incredibly dirty we didn't touch the towel bar in the bathroom room had someting stuck to it we basically touched nothing

The room was overall fine, bed was firm. Keurig in the room which is rare but a plus. Shower rod was barely hanging on, and the TV never worked, although I never asked for help with it either. Shower was warm and heat/AC was working properly. Strong smell of weed when we walked in the lobby initially, although it faded over time and wasn't noticed when we came back that night or the next morning. No other smoke odors. Slot machines on the lobby didn't lend to a refined ambiance. Breakfast had potential to be good but but was awful. The serving container that should have kept the food warm seemed to be turned off, and the food was stone cold, despite many people around eating. I might stay here again if the price was right and I was just passing through, for all the more I needed it was worth saving $50 vs staying someplace nicer nearby.

Busy, noisy trip
I have stayed at this site many times to visit family in the area. This time there was a group staying near my room that was very loud every evening about 10 PM. The hotel wasn’t busy. I don’t know why as a single traveler I was given a reservation near this group.

This is priced rediculously low because it sits back iff the road comfortable and clean quiet, breakfast is fresh and adequate, same u wld get at bigger chain hotels, larger restaurants a minute away to easily drive for sitdown if you like but also deliver.. and 4 minutes to drive to Arnold Palmer airport.. win win!!!

The hotel is nice, the front desk staff are wonderful, and the breakfast was very good. There were, however, some cleaning issue. The worst issue was long hairs stuck to the shower wall. The sink facet also needed some cleaning. The price was great and I would definitely stay again. Hopefully the housekeeping will improve.

Not the place if you want to sleep
We planned to attend a show at The Palace and this hotel was fairly close to the venue. We had passed it on Route 30 many times and were curious. The location and views did not disappoint. The corner room, right above the entrance, however, did not work for anyone who wants to sleep. The night desk clerk was outside for her break, and there must have been a crowd because i heard them talking (and i was on the 3rd floor) All NIght. The doors and walls must also be thin because I heard the conversations of every person who passed. Room was clean, breakfast was good, checkout was easy.

Room with king bed was very big and had everything needed. Air cond worked well. Room seemed to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was good. Very good value for fair price. Location was nice.

Stayed one night while on a road trip from Michigan to wWashington DC and the room was exactly as pictured. Check in was easy, even though we didn’t get to the hotel until late in the evening, and the room was clean and huge. Staff was friendly. Will stay again on our next road trip!
