The breakfast buffet was awful. Sour milk. Took one bite out of my bagel and had to spit it out. Don't know how a bagel can taste sour, but it did! I wasn't brave enough to try it the morning.

Property was easily accessible and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was good and we were even given first floor rooms since we would have struggled with the stairs given there is no elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

The room had roaches. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and never seen roaches like I did this trip. Last time I saw a few and now it’s a whole family. The night clerk got an attitude with me because I rung the alert buzz and yelled for me to stop and I could’ve just knocked on the glass. There’s no sign instructing guests to do such and I’m only doing what the buzz was installed for. This may be the last time I stay at this hotel. As a loyal customer I expect better than that.

Health hazard

I reserved a nonsmoking room. All three of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of recent cigarette usage which infiltrated everything. The white sheets had scattered human hair lodged in them. They had blood stains. The first room toilet had urine on the seat. I called the front desk as soon as I arrived in the room.The young man was polite and apologetic. He took use from room 208 to 214 which he closed the door right away the smell was worst absolutely horrendous. I asked for a refund but he said he couldn’t give a refund of my 145 dollars. Then he said let me take you to room 114 which also smelled of cigarette. It was dark/raining and I was stuck. In a strange area with two asthmatic children in a room that was a health hazard. We slept in our clothes on top of the bedding. We didn’t shower or touch anything we didn’t need to touch. We checked out as soon as the sun came up at 6am. I called hotels.com to report this issue and spoke to two ladies at the front desk.
